8 members from Girls Generation and Kara members took part in MBC 'Come To Play' special episode with the image of cute young girls. This special episode broadcasted on March 23, 11.05PM.
MBC 'Come To Play' expressed this special episode's highlight is "2009 Girl Award". 13 female artists was judged base on their 'strongest determination', 'most worries' etc total of 5 criterions.
The judging team which consist of 45 male artists are from 7 of Korea's idol male group including TVXQ, Superjunior, SS501, Big Bang, SHINee, 2PM and FT Island. All of them stated their opinions through questionnaire. The staff and crew of this program even mailed out this questionnaire to TVXQ who are in Japan and also to 2PM who are currently in USA.
To prove that these girls' capability in those criterion, they performed never seen before performances and showed off their talents. After the winner was announced, the male artists voiced out their reasons for selecting her.

Girls' Generation (without YoonA) and Kara have expressed their displeasure towards their managers for liking other girl groups from the ones they manage.In the Girls Special edition of MBC Come To Play on 23rd March where Girls' Generation and Kara were the guests, DBSK, Big Bang, etc boy groups had took part in a poll to find out the best girl group member. With regards to the poll result, Gu Hara expressed, "I guess that Girls' Generation Seo Hyun might have won with the most picks. Lately, our manager has had a big crush on Seo Hyun." In response, Girls' Generation Sunny said, "Our manager likes Nicole a lot". Soo Young added, "Not long ago when Kara got No.1, our manager was so happy that he started crying. It was really intolerable", which led to laughters all around the studio. Come To Play will be shown tonight at 11.05pm (KST).

I read from baidu that this show has ended (duh~) and Koo Hara is the winner. From the comments, TVXQ, Big Bang and other male groups had chosen Koo Hara as their favorite girl.
