This MV is from one TVXQ's fan site named "YunJae" that has started to show much interest on their own blog. The stars for Pearl's first MV is TVXQ's Hero JaeJoong and U-Know YunHo's still cut forming an illusion of both looking like realistic lovers, which aroused the merging of song lyrics and what on the UCC MV.

I read in the comments that the original MV is talking about a pair of female lovers' love story.
Just in case someone doesn't understand what the article means and mistook the meaning, there's a fan from the site call "YunJae" who edited the clip and made a love story of YunHo and JaeJoong and made it looked like a real thing.
